This development of 20 new build townhouses was completed by McErlean Plastering during the winter of 2016 for lead contractor Dixons.

These houses follow the modern convention of a timber frame construction. McErlean Plastering were contracted to carry out the plaster boarding, internal and external plastering for the full project.

Our team worked with the site agent in charge to deliver the timing of materials and manpower to the site in a staged and controlled way ensuring a seamless overlap of trades on the job site.
