This attractive development in Belfast uses a high quality exterior finish to provide a low maintenance finish to property. Our team at McErlean Plastering spray applied a cream Weber Pral D exterior render to the whole development. This technique of spray application means that our team are on site for a greatly reduced period of time, allowing other trades to work much faster towards completion. 

The spray plaster finish was complemented by hand applied plaster bands to the window openings using a similar thru-colour material. The use of coloured renders means that no additional finishing or painting will be necessary, leaving the finished plasterwork exposed. Our team carried out internal screed flooring, plasterboard fixing and insulation installation across development. The interior uses a traditional sand and cement plaster finish.
