McErlean Plastering completed the internal and external plastering of this stunning new private home during the autumn of 2016.

This home was specified to an exceptionally high standard for the customer and makes use of only the highest quality materials throughout its construction.

McErlean Plastering was tasked directly by the customer to undertake the plastering of this project. The interior makes use of a traditional skim finish where the exterior utilises a spray application of Sto flexicoat in white. This flexible render system features a high resistance to cracking – is vapour permeable and has a high resistance to weathering. Using our spray application method an exceptional level of finish can be achieved and it will maintain this quality much longer than other render systems.
