This commercial plastering project was completed in Perth, Scotland.

This school facility was the first project undertaken by McErlean Plastering in the Perth area of Scotland and as with all of our projects it was completed to schedule and above standard. Our team delivers the same excellent quality no matter where the project and work closely with the lead contractor to ensure a smooth and efficient project delivery with a high standard of workmanship.

On this particular project our tradesmen undertook a render scheme using K Rend Scrape finish. This medium sized project was specified to be low maintenance and have the long lifespan expected with a public building. As an approved K Rend supplier and installer, we have excellent knowledge of their finishes and the correct handling and installation methods to get the best from the product in any atmospheric conditions. 

 or this Perth School project our schedule included a plasterboard & skim interior as well as external plastering with our team sourcing and supplying materials and scaffolding to site.
