A development of 15 new build apartments utilising spray applied plastering and traditional hand applied detailing. 

Following on from the successful completion of a similar development of 15 new build apartments McErlean Plastering were tasked with undertaking a second project in a Newtownards, Northern Ireland.

The lead contractor again specified that the exterior finish of the property uses an exceptional quality through colour render in the form of Weber Pral D in an attractive Chalk finish. Our team on site spray applied the exterior of this building greatly reducing the time our plasterers were on site and thus reducing costs to the contractor in ancillary equipment and labour time. Through the use of modern equipment and the latest materials, McErlean Plastering are ahead of our competitors in the development of the plastering sector, delivering better value to our projects and the highest quality to the end user.

On the interior of the property the McErlean Plastering team installed metal frame ceilings and applied a traditional sand and cement skim plaster. Here we can see the team during the project. All of our crafts men are professionally accredited and meet current Northern Ireland regulations for the construction sector.
