The exterior of the has been visually freshened and modernised using render in contrasting colours of K Rend FT to deliver a high standard of finish and excellent low maintenance coverage.

As this was an existing structure, we had to contend with the fact that some of the building originally had paint applied and this may have prevented any new surface covering from forming an effective bond. Our skilled team employed the use of mechanical fixings and mesh to the existing surface of the building in order to provide a good key base to secure our render.
