The external rendering carried out on this development of apartments was completed in December 2019.
The finish is k rend Porcelain white applied using various basecoats and mesh to allow for various backgrounds in the structure.

APU Reveal beads were used to ensure a proper bond between the external render and the windows. This was to minimise the risk of moisture penetrating the building at the joint between the render and windows.

Drip beads were also used on the balconies to allow water run off without staining the structure.

The render on the building turned out very well considering the horrendous weather conditions endured by the team during the application.
