McErlean Plastering is highly experienced in the project management and delivery of complex and highly specified social housing developments across the UK and Ireland.
This comprehensive development of 15 social houses in Newtownards was completed to the highest possible standard of project efficiency and finish.
These 15 social houses were completed by the McErlean Plastering team in the shadow of the famous Scrabo tower in Newtownards, Northern Ireland. This comprehensive development comprises of single and double story dwellings, finished to an extremely high standard. Our team applied traditional sand and skim cement render to the internal walls and traditional sand and cement plaster to the exterior of the buildings. This project was undertaken in 2012 and was completed before schedule.
Given that this development is for a social housing client, the plasterers from McErlean Plastering worked hard to ensure that all of the work was completed to the high specification required by these government funded bodies. All of our work is carried out to meet Northern Ireland and EU regulations and our team of plasterers are all fully accredited and insured throughout the UK and Ireland to undertake any scale of commercial or residential project.
